Snowmass Vacations formerly First Choice Properties & Management, has operated from the same Snowmass Village location since 1978. As we grew in the last few years, it became apparent that a superior nightly rental brand needed to be established to meet the growing demand of a clientele looking for the best lodging and property management in the market. This is why in 2016, we decided to create a new company and rebrand our vacation rental operations to Snowmass Vacations.
