REMINGTON RETREAT
This 5500 square foot home is located on Forest Lane, just below the Alpine Springs lift, offering excellent indirect ski access and a beautiful Colorado Western decor.

The first floor offers four bedrooms and three baths. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the second bedroom has 2 log bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bath. The other two bedrooms on the floor have king size beds and private baths. All bathrooms in the home have steam showers and all bedrooms have color televisions and telephones.

The second level features the large open great room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area to seat 10 and living room with large Flat screen television w/ DVD/VCR, large rock fireplace and wrap-a-round decks with fabulous mountain views. There is also an adjoining den/family room with color television, stereo with CD player, game table, desk with fax and queen size sofa sleeper. The beautiful master suite has a king size bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and private deck. The sixth bedroom also has a king bed and the fifth bathroom is located just across the hall.

The large back deck offers an eight person outdoor hot tub and double gas barbecue grills, all in a beautiful wooded setting. Sleeping up to 16, this is one of our most popular homes!
