There is also a sunlit breakfast nook with table to seat four.

The exquisite master suite, with KING bed and large ensuite bath featuring glowing Venetian Plaster walls, Jacuzzi jetted tub, dual vanities and large walkin shower. The Master bedroom also has a wonderful seating area with beautiful forest views.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 have KING beds, Bedroom #4 has two TWINS and the family room (5th bedroom) has a QUEEN bed and QUEEN sofa sleeper. There is also a small alcove outside of the family room with daybed (1 TWIN). All rooms have color TV's and all bedrooms have full baths.

AND . . . the most special amenitiy . . .Trails Edge has one of the only heated OUTDOOR POOLS in Snowmass Village(additional fee in winter). You can relax in the adjacent spa of or jump in the large pool for great laps and outdoor fun. Situated on the ski run with over an acre of land, bordered by National Forest land, with views of the Elk Mountains and Snowmass Valley and a “stream running through it", this is truly a home for all seasons! No Pets - Non-Smoking.
