Entering into the large open great room you will find a wood burning fireplace, comfortable and cozy seating areas and wonderful mountain and valley views. Adjoining the living room is a separate dining room to seat 8; bar area to seat 3 and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook.

The master suite has a king size log bed, Color TV/DVD, separate reading/seating nook with a sofa sleeper and ensuite with Jacuzzi jetted tub and dual vanities. The 3 additional bedrooms are a King/TV, 2 Twins/TV, and 2 twins; all with full baths. There is also an indoor sauna.

The separate family room has 35" TV with DVD and sectional sofa with a queen sleeper.

On the lower level deck/patio, enjoy the outdoor spa and gas BBQ.

The home has ski-in access from the Green Cabin Ski Run via the private Guggenheim Trail. Ski-out just across the street from Guggenheim Trail down to Fanny Hill .
