The large wrap around deck offers an outdoor hottub, gas grill, and incomparable views of Snowmass and vistas of the distant mountain ranges .

There is also a separate one bedroom apartment that can be rented as the 6th bedroom. It has a King bed and a Queen sofa sleeper, "Pullman" kitchen and living room. This is just perfect as a separate suite for the Nanny or housekeeper.

The home has Hi-Speed Internet and Fax services.
